Can you go to "c:\ProgramData\HiRez Studios\HiPatchService\log" and attach any logs you have in that folder to an email to logs@hirezstudios.com?

I am not very computer literate, but I went to a file callled hi patch service, and then i got an error message. It says:
Windows Service Start Failure
Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger. A windows service must first be installed (using intallutil.exe) and then started with the serverexplorer, windows services administrative tool or the NET START command.
I am probably doing what you asked me to wrong, but not sure
First you need to enable hidden folders.
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...windows-vista/
This will let you see the folder in question.
Next you need to follow these steps. (Assuming you did a standard install of SMITE)
1. Hit the Start Button on the bottom left and go to 'My Computer'
2. Go to Local Disk (C: ). Double Click it.
3. Open the folder ProgramData
4. Open the folder HiRez Studios
5. Open the folder HiPatchService
6. Open the folder Log
In there you should see a whole bunch of .LOG files. If possible we would like you to send any from the last 2 days (when you started having the issue). This needs to be sent to either logs@hirezstudios.com or ponponsmite@gmail.com; you should be able to attach those files in an e-mail and send it to us.
I would also recommend disabling Hidden Folders after you finish this, as it hides data that when messed with could alter program performance or stability.
Some issues in Spanish UI:
- Some cut text: 'Permitir actualizaciones en segundo pl', 'Parámetros opcionales del juego en línea de', 'Administración De Cuentas' (icon), 'SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEM'.
- Text not capitalized: 'bienvenida', 'tienda, 'apoyo', 'salida'.
- Better translations: 'apoyo' > 'Ayuda', 'salida' > 'Salir', 'bienvenida' > 'Bienvenido' or 'Bienvenido/a', 'Los servidores' > 'Servidores' (without 'los').

I am loving it. It looks great and behaves great.
It seems that when I ask it to remember my details, it does not. Other than that, it is a wonderful improvement.
Well, I made a post on another thread saying I wanted the older version. When I lagged and got logged out after being on the card screen in the new launcher, the old launcher came up. Then I responded saying that I wanted the new launcher if it's going to act this way. When I went back on, I had the new launcher. I tried to get into an arena match, but instead of letting me queue, it lagged and the Hi-Rez screen popped up and it sent me to the old launcher.
So basically, if I try to queue for a match or if I'm on the card screen, it lags and goes back to the old launcher login screen. I only did this twice, so idk if it'll do it the next time I try it.
It seems that, when I restart my PC, I have to log in the launcher again, despite having checked "Keep me logged in".
Is it meant to be that way? Is it only saved for the current session, but then is reset when the PC is restarted?
I'm loving the new launcher, but I'm having a major problem.
I log in to open the launcher and then hit play and it loads into a border less window screen. However, it remain black. No sound, no logos, nothing. It's not crashing so I have to open task manager and kill the process' in order to get it to close. When I try again, I have the issue of "Smite is already running on this computer." I've tried restarting but it happens every time. I never had this problem with the old launcher. It's just a shame because I can't play Smite and it makes me really sad :/
I hate this new launcher because IT DOESNT F***ING WORK! GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE OR FIX IT!
