Everyone else has been making concepts for Thoth, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
ThothThoth would look like this, except with a floating book as well.

Abilities:
Passive: Infinite Knowledge: For each enemy god near Thoth, Thoth gains a 5% magical power buff (Max 3 stacks)
1st Ability: Book of Thoth:
PASSIVE: Thoth's book follows him close by, aiding him in various ways:
Passive stance: The book of Thoth will follow Thoth's basic attacks, adding an extra 15% of Thoth's magical power in magical damage to Thoth's basic attacks. This stance consumes no mana, and the book will default to this stance if Thoth runs out of mana.
Offensive stance: The book of Thoth will attack nearby enemies, targeting the enemy god closest to Thoth within a radius and damaging and slowing the enemy for as long as they are targeted.
Defensive stance: The book of Thoth will search for enemy gods within a large radius from Thoth, targeting the farthest god and making them visible to all players on the map for as long as they are targeted.
ACTIVE: When activated, the book of Thoth will switch stances

Second Ability: Rift: Thoth creates a rift in the fabric of space, crippling enemies as they walk over it and then detonating after 0.5s, stunning enemies and dealing damage.Note: The defensive and offensive stances do not activate for 1 second upon switching stances.

Stun Duration: 0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3/1.5s
Cost: 65 mana

Third Ability: Quantum Blast: Thoth teleports to his book, gaining its power. His next basic attack will explode on contact with an enemy, damaging nearby enemies.
Radius: 30
Damage: 100/130/160/190/225 + 35% magical power
Cost: 80 mana
Cooldown: 13s
Ultimate: Overdrive: Thoth draws power from around him, empowering his basic attacks, making them bigger, making them pass through enemy minions and jungle creeps, increasing his attack speed, and using them to deal a percentage of his magical power per shot. Each successful shot heals Thoth, and, at the end of the ultimate, Thoth will teleport back to his primary location. Thoth is CC immune for the durationNote: I just want to add that Thoth could teleport to his book in it's passive stance while he is using his basic attack, allowing for a fairly effective blink.
If this ability is canceled early, Thoth will teleport to his original location after a delay of 0.75s.

Damage per shot: 55/60/65/70/75% of Thoth's magical power
Heal per shot: 30/35/40/45/50% of damage dealt
Attack speed buff: 20/25/30/35/40%
Cost: 110/130/160/190/240 mana

This concept, if you haven't noticed, is meant to be an AA damage mage that builds magical power with a little bit of attack speed. Feedback would be appreciated ^-^
EDIT: Buffed damage on Rift, reduced basic attack buff on passive stance on Book of Thoth, drastically reduced duration of Overdrive.
