Like some people already stated it won't change much.
You actually already need a good amount of matches to reach level 30 (unless you permanently use boosters and play at events only).
Even if you increase the max level to 50 or make it more difficult to reach level 30, you will have the same or similar issues eventually.
If 300 matches aren't enough for people to play decently, even 500 matches won't do much for them.
How about Assault League or MOTD League?
It would make a difference if you had separate levels for each game mode. You could easily play all your matches in arena and get to lvl 30 without ever trying conquest. That's a problem. Then again I was paired up with someone who had 3 total games played period at nearly 2000 elo which is also stupid. However; if you have lvls per game mode and elo based off each game mode it would make things significantly different.Originally Posted by Euryale
This won't help anything because you're only forcing people to play casuals longer, which only entices bad playing. Like I've said before, there's only so much casuals can help with, and even then, you hit that ceiling at 30 anyways.
I think MM also counts the number of played games you queued for, because thats how you count the experience of a player in that game mode.
I like this idea. Would be nice to have some new levels.

I like the idea, but I want to reach the highest level (30) asap. If it was raised to 50/100, then it would take longer. I mean, it's a great Idea, but I wouldn't like to wait that long just to get to the highest level.

How about a soft cap? Or a separate set of experience? After you hit level 30, a separate set of experience that can ONLY be gained from playing ranked, or keep the same experience system, raise the cap to 50, but make it so that you only gain exp from playing ranked modes.
