Oceanic Hacking, has to stop.

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but after this experience I'm not sure what to do.

This has been happening on Oceanic servers all day, really annoying and really killing games. This accounts name was [mod removed]. It just sucks i've got footage of him speeding around [mod removed] please help HiRez.

This is a thing for a long while now.

but instead of them, ppl who overclock their pc will get banned ^^.

sometimes person is honestly lagging. its been happening to me of late since the "bellona fix" patch. my ping is normally 90-100 which the game runs very smoothly. but of recent times ive been getting 120+ and it really makes a difference. one day i was playing vamana and my ping was at a constant 150...and then it spiked up to 215. i was teleporting all over the place. and at the end of the game everyone on the opposing team was saying "report the vamana for speed hacking" and i tried explaining to them i was lagging badly due to high ping. and one said "i know what lagging is and you were speed hacking". another said "no vamana could move that fast" but then again i did have 2 speed increasing items and with my lag i was doing little tele-leaps (highly annoying if you do get this because you can tap W once and get sent halfway across the map and then youre dead). and i even had one say they recorded the match and are sending it to HiRez. Since they didnt want to listen to me...i just said go ahead and report me then. it will be just another false report since ive been reported for this before and nothing has happened because HiRez knows its lag. send a video and they will determine...its lag from ping.
