I remember my first thoughts when I watched Sailor Moon at 6 was how pretty everyone was.

The best part about any anime is obviously the plot though.

In all seriousness, Free! was a decent anime.

    I enjoyed watching it.

My favorite animes are the psychological thrillers/drama ones... Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Jigoku Shoujo, Baccano!

It actually was! I thought it'd be a bunch of gratuitous fanservice but it was actually a really lovely anime. Looking forward to season 2 this summer.

    [VVY]!

In no particular order: Akira, Gungrave, Cowboy Bebop, GTO, Berserk, Princess Mononoke, Code Geass, Death Note, and Baccano! Childhood favorites: DBZ, YYH, One Piece, FMA, HxH.

And while we're on the subject, as far as Manga goes: Berserk, 20th Century Boys, Vinland Saga, and just about anything from Junji Ito. I recently started Kingdom and am really diggin' it.

Baccano is definitely one of those underestimated anime that shows off how good dubs can be; I mean...they have those 50's style New York accents and immerse you in the storytelling.

Can't forget about Isaac and Miria, though. Those two may be mostly comedy relief, but it works.

for me, the appeal of anime is the plot and the way that each character has back stories that intertwine with other current characters and future characters aswell. a good example of this is one piece. once you come to feel what the characters feel and understand them, you start to feel heir pain and happiness; much of which one cannot experience in this day and age. its simply a knowledge bank for the empathic side of me. the fights are epic and full of emotion aswell.

my earliest memories are of toonami on cartoonnetwork with gundam, sailor moon, dbz, zach bell, yuyu hakusho and inuyasha on after school... those were the days

as for the anime i love. i really loved spice and wolf, partly because im furry. im still waiting for more chapters of bleach and fairy tail to come out so i can read them. and the whole arc from impel down to marineford in one piece was the best ever..... i recomment toppa tengen gurren lagann to anyone and anyone even if they hate anime.

highschool dxd and asobi ni ikuyo are good for the fanservice and comedy
death note and fma brotherhood are awesome
buso renkin was a good read as was shaman king (i havent watched them)
there are many many more that ive read/watched that the titles escape me at the moment. i simply love the plots like everyone else here
If you want assault to be balanced, you're playing it wrong.

You're mine now. Ymir will love you and squeeze you and call you george.

Not really, but I liked it and read it now.

Recently I've been watching Evangelion (alone) and Nobunaga the Fool with Merurulince. (pretty sure we didn't just pseudo-drop log horizon though lol)
