Players not entering the game - stuck in lobby

I just had a game, a normal 5v5 conquest game where only 3 players conneted. The two others from my team could see our chat, from the lobby, but could get any into the game. It was on the EU server.

I don't think any of the players lost their goodwill, but I cant be sure. couldn't remember the guys names once the match was over.

Not sure why this happen.

This also happened me earlier after disconnecting from a game, logged back in and put me into client as if I never had a game. I could see chat from the game, the play button wasn't there. I had to relog twice after this before getting back in.
