If you deserve it, you'll get your way up.
    Wish you good luck

And yes elo system here is kinda broken.

    Pretty much this.

Given some time and maybe a bit of luck, you should get promoted to where you should be. Maybe matchmaking has just been good to me but I never found the matchmaking to be too bad in ranked.

Best of luck with ranked, hope you get to where you want /need to be!

So since I started playing smite again everyone is hyped about this ELO thing, which overall shows your skill or how good you are
    in ranked matches.

Why is it that I lose 20+ elo when lose a game and get +10 when i win ?
how am i ment to get my elo up so people stop calling me a noob or think of me as a burden to the team.
I find it unfair that people just qualifying get to play 10 matches which they might do VERY bad in but get carried by the other 4 players and get their elo higher and advance to gold or plat withing 10 games.

If ELO is official, then please re think on how it should be calculated.
If i play a game and do 30/0 but the other 4 players do 0/30 why should my elo go down ?
You need to read up on how ELO works. It is not static. You don't lose or gain the same amount every time. It depends on the ELO rating of your opponents. If you are 1500 and your opponents are 2000, you will gain more if you win and lose less if you lose.

I am not sure exactly how Hi Rez does it (or if they use something like the TrueSkill algorithm) but I do know they seem to take into account how you as an individual performed even in a loss.

According to this (kind of old) post on reddit, they use a version of TrueSkill. It's possible they've changed how they do it since then, though.
