    Bellona
    General
    - Bellona spawns with her sword and shield equipped.
    - Bellona’s weapon doesn’t revert when out of combat.
    Master of War
    - Additional movement speed removed.
    Shield Bash
    - Reflect removed.
    - Does not gain stacks of ‘block’ from the initial dash.
    Bludgeon
    - Damage Increase reduced from 30% to 15% per enemy god hit (max 3 stacks).
    - Hammer basic attacks inflict AoE damage on every 3rd hit.
    Scourge
    - Disarm Duration reduced from 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3s to 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2s
    - Healing removed.
    Eagle’s Rally
    - 1s stun is replaced with a 1s root.
    - Damage is changed from 100/200/300/400/500 (+50% of your physical power) to 160/200/240/280/320 (+50% of your physical power

    Here's what I feel should be the change:
    Bellona
    General
    - When Bellona goes back to base or dies, she re-equips her Greatsword. Weapons are not reverted upon exiting combat.
    Master of War:
    - Passive changes depending on the weapon used.
    -Great Sword: Gains +5% movement speed for each successful basic attack (max 5 stacks).
    Sword & Shield: Gains +5 physical defense each time Bellona is hit with a basic attack (max 5 stacks).
    Hammer: Gains +5 physical power for each successful basic attack (max 5 stacks).
    Scourge: Gains +5 physical penetration for each successful basic attack (max 5 stacks).
    Shield Bash
    - Reflect removed
    - Block only gained upon contact with gods, not creeps or the dash itself
    Bludgeon
    - Speed of the swings reduced
    - Enemies not in actual basic attack area (meaning around where you would take damage if she didn't have the Hammer) take 50% damage the basic attack.
    - During the use of the Hammer, Bellona attacks 10% slower.
    Scourge
    - Disarm duration reduced to 1.5s at all ranks.
    - Healing reduced to 80 per every 2 hits at all ranks
    - Bellona attacks 5% slower during the use of Scourge
    Eagle's Rally
    - Stun is replaced with a 2s Root and Cripple
    - Scaling increased to 70%
    - Base damage reduced from 100/200/300/400/500 to 80/160/240/320/420
    - Added Magical Power to the effects

    I want Bellona to have a much different feel from each of her weapons, and be able to use them properly.
    The change to the passive with her sword and shield is because you move slower when using a shield, but have a lot better defense than without one, and the changes to her hammer and scourge (namely the attack speed reduction when swinging) to mimic that of someone actually swinging a hammer or a scourge.
    I feel these work because, while they don't remove her damage, they do make it to where she does gain benefits and detriments depending on her weapons, and so that she actually has to be good in order to counter AAers. 3s For how easy Scourge is to hit is bullcrap, you might as well make it a stun. The change to her weapon switching would allow her to choose what weapon she uses, and how long.
    I love the concept of the god, but HiRez gave her WAY too much.

    The more I look at Bellona's kit, the more feel sad about what Nox could have been.

    Hammer: Gains +5 physical power for each successful basic attack (max 5 stacks).

    I dont see why not the passive can be what is build in into her attacks.
    So just:

    After using 1: Every 3rd attack gives block stack
    after using 2: Attacks are aoe
    after using 3: attacks heal (and have more range)

    This IS allready a great passive, why would she need another one?

    It handles most or all of her balance issues in a fair but meaningful way.
    Perhaps I could have made some more elegant or interactive changes, but I've definitely pushed what is unquestionably an overbearing kit to a potential balance point.

    I have actually not played her but I've seen her kit and heres a couple of things i will say about her kit.
    Her Passive needs to half the Movement Speed because she becomes faster then Baka by just hitting things while Baka needs to kill
    Her 1 so far looks balanced
    Her 2 does so much damage but that makes up for the fact she has a : Slow, Disarm, and a Small hitting Stun. The Slow and Stun should stay the way they are but
    Her 3's Disarm is insanely long but yet again it can only counter so it should stay the same but her healing should be 3 consecutive hits in a row similar to her 1 and maybe it should get out of combat faster then the other weapons
    Her 4 is nice...nothing needs to be changed
    I miss S2, that's when Smite was at it's most balanced.

    I only post on threads that I feel like I could add something to the conversation...most of the time.

    Been playing Smite since Nov 2014; over 1264 hours in Smite, and made it to D5 in S2, so don't tell me, without any evidence, that I don't know what I'm talking about.

    Why are people complaining about Disarm when its the opposite of silence? Is Silence OP because it disables your abilty to use abilities? NO! Is Disarm OP? NO!
    Now maybe making it HARD CC could help but otherwise it should not be nerfed because it disarms Basic Attacks.
    I miss S2, that's when Smite was at it's most balanced.
