A free to play game can't make any money off of being completely free. There needs to be cash sinks because there are always people like me who are willing to wildly spend their money on cool in game stuff.

NO ONE IS SAYING THESE SKINS SHOULD BE FREE. I want to spent money on these skins. I have spend money on all the gods, a few skins and voice packs. I'm not against exclusive skins. Giving the Odyssey Thanatos skin as a reward to people who bought every single Odyssey item. That's cool, I'm ok with it, and its truly exclusive. But Primal Huntress and Boxer Merc are just two random skins that are in chests for no reason. PREVENTING me from spending money that I want to spend!

okay its the third round of chest exclusive skins its not a new concept. they labeled it as such and that's what makes it exclusive... well i guess it could be fourth round if you count sydney surfer or lunar tango.... honestly it really does sound like you don't want skins to be exclusive. with all the gem giveaways they do have to do stuff like this to have skins be rare. otherwise someone could just troll grind on free weekends and log in enough to get this skin in question for free. i wouldn't be surprised if they had.

oh its not? then someone please explain to me why out of the 50 chests ive opened 15-20 of the rewards have been cheap recolor skins i never want, and still no exclusive :P

Or they could you know, just stop giving people so damn much of the paid currency for free. Seriously Hi-Rez, unless its something like the Curse Voice promotion where I assume they paid you for the gems given away. Stop giving away so many gems, its actually making it harder for me to pay money for the things I want.

even can say more, noone guaranted that mechanic for obtain smth fair, it can have constant chance or progressive chance, only amdins knows , for example 0% chance to obtain any skins from first chance then +0,1% for each other chests some of unfair mechanics wich can be

They do that because, well look at games like TF2 & CSGO.. Why wouldn't they added something like that to there game? It will make them money, and at the end of the day that's all that matters to them.. Welcome to the Gaming World, and it's a gamble that's the fun thing about it and the Hunter chest you have a pretty nice to chance to get the Artemis skin because there's only like 11 skills in all so..
