New player question

i just got this game....half a day ago or so?
mostly played vs bots to get used to the way the game works,however,i went and tried out 4 actual player matches
first game one guy leaves,we lose
second game three guys ragequit in chat and leave,we lose again...
you can see the pattern here...

im wondering if is this all there is to smite or are there people that you know..PLAY the game whitout ragequitting 2 minutes into a match?

Usually in sub 30 games it's like this.
So you have to find a friend to play with, get lucky, or have this happen.
But towards 30 it's not like that.

Yeah, the first few games are simply frustrating. My first 10 pvp games were pretty much like this. Ragers, leavers, etc. It gets better the more you play, and it get MUCH better if you have a friend to play with. Having at least one person in the that you know you can count on helps your own morale a lot.

You'll still get leavers and ragers as you play, but that's just part of mobas now, not much you can do about it besides report and move on.

The early levels of most MOBAs are like that. Nothing to stop trolls, and people that get banned frequently, from making new low level accounts. So, you end up with a fairly crap environment early on.

It should start to ease off the more you play, but you will still get the occasional leaver/RQer/troll unfortunately, that's just the nature of the internet.

It happens a lot in MOBAs, and even more in Smite because of its level system (levels 1-30). You'll see a lot less of it once your level goes up, since a lot of low level players are smurfs.

you are so damn wrong here -_-.....i have met MANY 30lvl peoples who just spam F6 becuz enemy team have 2-3k more gold and 5-8 more kills and actualy thats how happens in almost every in my casual conquest matches

The first few levels aka from lvl 1 to around the mid 20 you will get a lot of leavers/rage quitters. You still get them at lvl 30, but there are fewer of them.
