Smite launches until the Smite logo pops up then I get an error message

Hi there ! My gf's having a pretty annoying problem. Smite launches after I click "Play", the Smite logo pops up, her screen goes black as it seems to load something, then Smite crashes and I have to force quit it before I can get the "Georgia" logo and the rest. I don't suspect any graphical card driver problem to be responsible as I updated it and I have a slightly older graphical card on my own computer which executes Smite well, and I'm able to play any other games using DirectX on her computer :/ Before this problem I solved another one where I wasn't able to get to the Smite launcher.

If any of you can give me an answer, it would be nice

Please send the following info so we can learn a bit more about your PC:

1. Launch.Log file -- this should be in the directory C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Smite\BattleGame\Logs

2. DXDIAG report -- Select "Start | Run" from the Windows start menu and run "dxdiag". This should load the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Then choose "Save All Information", save the file to a location on your harddrive.
