Its 2 points per post. It's hard to say EXACTLY how you got them, there are many ways to gain points..

I don't think I get 2 points per post. I seem to always get more. Is this some kind of a bug or what?

10 minute delay along with information grouping

The tagger first and second class achievement can be obtained by tagging posts with no tags.
scroll to the bottom right of the page and click the "add/edit tags" to add tags. You are allowed to Max. add 2 tags each post.

Go to the 'experience' tab in your profile, then it'll show you a rundown of where all your points are from.
