I'd like to see King Arthur.
His legend states he will return during Britain's greatest peril and I would say the gods waging war would be sufficient to qualifying as the greatest peril.
While he is a mortal, the power of Excalibur and its scabbard (which could be retrieved by the Lady of the lake or another spirit) would give him the power needed to compete with the likes of gods.
Man, King Arthur or maybe Morgana or Merlin would be pretty fun, even if some would argue that they don't fit. I'd argue they could, since most of the "gods" stem off of legends and myths.
Tank Hades seems kind of harsh to pull out on the enemy team. Sure it helps my K/D, but fuck that stuff. I want to have a challenge using Damage Hades!
I would have loved to see Cthulhu in this game, but I suppose I will just have to settle for the Dark Whisperer one (or maybe Hi Rez could make some alterations to make it more of a Star Spawn skin). I would imagine Cthulhu would be a magical support god, specializing in harassing the opposition with debuffs and skills that make them vulnerable to other attacks.
Also, I would love to see Anansi the Spider in this game.

See, I can hear people crying 'he isn't a god' already....he's a half god. Like Hercules.
Plus he has ties to Nemesis' story line.
You don't need to take it to Hercules. Our lowest classified entity currently in the game is Arachne: Cursed mortal.
However, I do have to wonder what Narcissus' kit would be. I don't think there's much you can do with his self-admiration.
I would love to see Helios Titan and personification of the Sun and here this guy depicted him in his best way.
