    Sorry to be hard for this but, This is SMITE. not dota or LoL or anyother MOBA you wanna think of this is a 3D MOBA with Gods for characters, either way it would be best interest if they did add the Elemental changes of day & night, sleet & hail, it would be best for them to add a video settings before they launch the game.

    1. that'd be nice, but would probably require more work than would be worth it. Mass Effect 3's multiplayer did something similar though. There were originally 6 starter maps, and after several expansions they created the "Hazard" versions of the starter maps that made things more interesting: 2 had weather storms(sand and snow respectively) that made it very difficult to see intermittently, 1 was simply a nighttime versions with occasional lightning, 1 had acid rain that reduced shields(but not health), 1 had a roaming cloud that dealt damage to anything it touched and if shot at would double in size and damage, and 1 had a nuclear reactor in the center that would intermittently close its' doors and fry anything inside(enemy or ally; you could even push a button to close the doors early).

    2. that would be most enjoyable, but what clock would it base the time of day on? would it be off a real world clock(in which case, how does it determine what time? whose time zone? etc) or would it be internal?(time passes throughout the match i.e. match starts in morning and every 10 minutes goes through a complete day/night cycle)

    3. little moot now that they have the new conquest map

    4.that would require quite a lot of work, but it could be very delicious. I think for now though, we might concentrate on the Hindu and Chinese pantheons getting maps, and getting Domination a little more frequently.
