Smite Launcher is TO SLOW!

please fix your launcher. It´s downloadspeed is way to slow. Compared to the Battle.net-Launcher it´s like 1% of the B-Net downloadspeed.
My usual DL-speed is about 5MB/s so why does it take me 1/12 hours to download 4GB?

Are there any plans in changing this? I hope so.

I don't really know what you mean by 1/12 hours, but it should take you about 13 minutes to download 4GBs with your download speed. There wouldn't be a problem at Hirez's end, but it also wouldn't lie within your internet connection. So something is wrong with your information, whether its exaggeration or a fault in the math. It's not my place to judge though.

if you mean 1/12 as 60min/12 = 5 minutes, than you are fine
If not? Than it's your internet connection, i download 600 MB update in like 10 min, so i believe with your connection you should do the same.

My client downloads incredibly quick for not a high internet speed on my part. It's not anything to do with the launcher itself
