Just a suggestion(pardon me if it's too radical): I think there are a few ways one is that we can select amongst ourselves as to how to run and improve these forums and choose personnel from those who are willing to take responsibilities and are seniors(I am new so don't know most of them). Moderating forums is not an easy task. I think hirez will do this hard job of selecting people for moderation in the times to come anyways. We can wait.
