    Hercules too broken?

This character does not make sense, today I played a game that had an enemy hercules that was full defense and hit and killed my companions of two bastions and a 1 while I hit him and no harm to him, apart literel was 2 minutes or lower tower as if nothing happened because literally it would have taken 150 life away from us other than that we were throwing skills but nothing does not affect him and it can not be that a character that is "TANK" and has the entire build of TANK I got to hit 1000 with the ulti and erase the adc or the magician in addition to that he curls infinitely with his 3 that that does not have logic either that you take off 300 of hp and all that is cured by pressing a button and having antihealing is followed Curing an exaggeration. That is why, for me, Hercules is too broken and I say that he is the most broken character of all the warriors in the game.

A common mistake against Herc is not respecting what his 3 does, good heal and extra prots. You want both antiheal and exec/titans, or Obsidian when facing him. Dumping your kits on a Herc without these items usually means you waste everything you got, he lives, he and his team wins fight and he snowballs and level difference is enough to make him hit your team hard.

Herc is strong, pretty flexible but broken or OP no.

Bakasura is a decent Herc counter. When you're ready to go in, ult to avoid his crowd control. Bakasura is temporarily immune to CC for several seconds when he enters his ult. Then just chase and kill with basic attacks (empowered by ability 3), and leap with ability 1 when needed.

Herc generally builds full tank. His kit is built on crowd control, self-healing, and an ultimate that hits hard. Look at the in-game ability sheet for Herc. He's meant to deal high ability damage even without building damage. Also, he gains physical power when he's hit (5 power, max 3 stacks, +1 per level/+20 at level 20), through his passive.

    His 1, Driving Strike, a push-stun.
Damage: 85/155/225/295/365 (+90% of your physical power) [Bit on the high end for damage]
    Stun: 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5s

His 2, Earthbreaker, CC setup for Driving Strike.
Damage: 80/125/170/215/260 (+50% of your physical power)

    His 3, Mitigate Wounds
    Initial Heal: 60/100/140/180/220 [Decent]
    Protections Buff: 20/30/40/50/60 [Pretty beefy]
    Damage Returned as Healing: 30/40/50/60/70%

    His 4, Excavate, his ult
Damage: 300/425/550/675/800 (+100% of your physical power) [One of the higher damage ult in the game]

In all honesty, he's the physical Kumbhakarna. A tank who can dish out decent/high damage while building tank..and even more when building damage.
