Hello! So I'm new to the forums but I wanted to ask a question as I've submitted countless support tickets but am not recieving a response.
Essentially, I'm having a couple of problems:

1: I am not receiving ANY 2FA codes via the selected method I specified (Email, yes I've checked junk, spam etc) meaning I cannot login to play the game or disable 2FA (It asks for a code to allow modification of that feature)

2: All I wanted to do was change the email associated with my account and change the password. The email on the account is an old icloud account I no longer have access to. I simply want to change my password.

Now I really am hoping someone can escalate this as I have spent hundreds on this account and not being able to login to play is upsetting and frustrating.

Any help would be really helpful. Thank you!
