You buy cursed ankh to fuck over dot healers, frequent burst healers, aoe healers and gods with any ocmbo of both. If Hel uses her 3 she basically hands you a noose to hang her teamamtes if you have Cursed Ankh.

As for items. To get 100% antiheal needs a significant investment in items or relics. Getting Brawlers over Jotuns/crusher, misses out on either 20%cdr or AS + dmg passive.

BBS and DR have good stats though and nice prices, you really aren't sacrificing much when you pick them and BBS still is picked on gods wanting to get cheap pen. For many assassins and hunters with lots of ways to apply bbs it really helps them box better to negate heals off lifesteal.Pestilence and Contagion both are very cheap aura items with amazing stats for their type of protection stats.

You are basically saying what Ive been saying, they items are good otherwise as well. If anything should be done with healers it should be to nerf the other stats of the antiheal items to make the trade off bigger. starting playing around with antiheal numbers will be such a slippery slope. I mean antiheal is potent in this meta and still people buy lifesteal, bancroft and pick healers all the time. Touch the antiheal numbers especially in a tank meta and yeah it wont be pretty.

Divine ruin is pretty good yes, its one of the few antiheal items that got a huge buff over the years. still deso or other items are better if they do not have antiheal. divine is very easy to fit into a mage build though. But deso got 10% cdr and a cdr passive to boot which together is significant in damage for just a few 100ed more.

Brawlers is really 20% cdr less, which is A LOT. I can still see it nerfed by 5 pen to help healer meta if people think healers need it (I dont)

As for pesti and contag, they are fine, but HW, the speed aura item, BoV, sover, mythic, etc are all better if you do not need antiheal so its a tradeoff. Now I can accept that the tradeoff should be slightly bigger, ie small nerfs to pesti, contag, brawlers, divine, etc, but not their antiheal numbers.
