    Matchmaking

Why are there so many low level versus high level mismatches in the regular modes? That is inexcusable matchmaking.

If low level players are on a winstreak they should be matched with higher level players even if it means they hit their ceiling and die a lot. MM should clearly be based on win/losses not level.

I like this process and seems fair to me. However, I still see newbs get matched with higher ranks sometimes.

I honestly don't understand why more games don't have non-competitive skill-level based match making. I get it being "casual" and all but even in casual people still like to have competent teams on their side and reasonably skilled foes.

Always struck me as odd that you need to get to end game/max level before you can even get proper match making lol.

I have a feeling it's because we are getting very new people from xbox and switch and this is their first time playing this type of genre. Last night Played All our Arena MOTD and OMFG it was so bad. I think I need to avoid MOTD because I seem to encounter more bad players there.

From 03:00-10:00 AM MM is pretty bad cause few players online. And sometimes you don't even get games.

    Its best around like 16:00-00:00

Try late night you will get chars not associated with a clan who are just ultimately horribly bad LOL. I had a Neith player asking us what is the best way to play her LOL. I was it's Neith the most easiest player to play LOL.

Probably because the game is either stagnating or slowly dying on PC which has older players. And most console players will be new to the game.

But yeah took nearly a year's worth break only to come back and get curbstombed in my 2nd match against a full 5 stack from the same clan on the enemy team with total randoms on mine. Wonderful MM right there.

And slightly off-topic: TBH I can see why many older players would leave. IMO Hi-rez really don't know what to do with the game. After getting back in the game so far I've seen very little actual NEW content and a lot of shuffling the meta around by nerfing this to the ground, buffing this other thing and so on and so on.

The game both feels the same and annoyingly different with most if not all the gods and or items being more or less the same yet the numbers having been changed so much that none of my past builds or strategies seem to be working.

And IMO this is by far the cheapest and lamest possible way to keep the playerbase engaged. Especially with most of the new gods abilites I've seen introduced being just reworks and twist of older abilities. I think Hera seemed quite a bit different with a summon for a ulti but then I remembered Bastet.

But then again I've lost hope of ever seeing something like old Arachne ever again. A truly different playstyle that doesn't just imitate other gods but with a twist and some different graphics.
