    Jormungandr's Passive

    In my opinion (based on what I saw on PTS and the God Reveal), his passive needs to be adjusted. The time frame in which he would take more damage instead of a CC is very low and by the time the CC application animation is over, the damage increase is over too. On top of this, the damage increase isn't all of that high, he isn't being punished for getting hit with a CC.
    Then there is the issue (tested by DukeSloth) in which he can stand in Susanoo's ultimate and have his passive be applied at all times while in the ultimate but when he does the same thing to Hades's ultimate, the passive only goes off once and disappears.

    I do think your right, and itll get hit soon after his release. Almost every moba releases a champ OP, cause it's a fuck ton easier to release an op God and tone down, rather than UP and tune up. For one, lots of data on an op god, everyone wants to play em. Jorm's probably gunna get the nerf hammer, assuming the rest of his kit ain't dirt.

    I didn't say or suggest that he is OP, I just said that his passive should be adjusted because it doesn't make all that much sense the way it was on PTS. Today is the patch day and the duration of the damage taken buff hasn't been adjusted yet but I don't know about the interaction with Hades's ultimate.
    Jormungandr is far from OP, in fact he isn't even decent. His ability animations taking a long time to go off like Hera is fine. But the amount of damage the abilities do isn't enough. The base power is fine the way it is, but the scaling is godly horrible. His auto attack range is too short and does way too little damage per tick. The only thing that is good about him is his 3 which is used for rotations but other Guardians can also rotate just as well or even better while providing more for the team. In my opinion, they should increase the damage and range of his auto attack, increase scaling on his abilities, and make his ultimate less clunky (if you ult in a short distance, the snake body would end up looking more like a V than U) because currently you can play him in any role and he does absolutely nothing to impact the game in all roles.
