I think that frostbound simply suffers from Hastened Katana existing. Both are useful for AA gods to stick to a target, but HK just offers everything better for a AA God, with MS, AS, and atk pwr. Frostbound might need an adjustment somewhere number wise, but changing the passive to ability based would make ability warriors/assassins dumb. Imagine how annoying Posi and Ares are with gem of iso and apply that to gods like Merc, Thanatos, Loki, Ne Zha, Serqet, Bastet, Vamana, Pele.
The passive shift items wouldnt be horrible, just how many ability based gods could abuse the snot out of it.
FBH takes up a vital item slot. Yeah there's speed potion and you selling boots but like other gods who aren't reliant on FBH or Fatalis can pick up another 6 slot dps utility item or another defense item.
That would be hella op for gods like king arthur, but maybe give it a bit more damage.
