Question about post game stuff

So I finished a game of Joust in which we won, basically fed by the other team. A geb that went 0 and 10, a Thanatos that went I think 4 and 16, Hou Yi was the only one on their team with a positive KD. After the game I saw a small red explanation point in a red circle at the top right hand of the screen. I have seen it a couple of times but didnt know what it meant. But I was checking the teams builds and saw that Thanatos on the enemy team had his "report" explanation point flashing. So I clicked on it to see what would happen, just brought up the normal report screen, and I didnt report him, cause well, his gameplay really didnt effect me. So what does that mean when someones report button is flashing? Does that mean someone in that match already reported them? Or does it mean I had previously reported them or what? Just genuinely curious. Thanks all

Basically, it's the game suggesting you should report that player.

It tends to base it on statistics, so it'll kind of imply someone with a poor scoreline has been feeding. Though it can also signal when someone left the game.

Essentially, it's something that Hi-Rez added to try and get more people to actually report toxic behaviour.

Though, hopefully people take it with a pinch of salt and don't just blindly follow it, since it's not always 100% accurate.

It's almost always there when someone fully disconnects and doesn't return. If their damage output after X amount of time is low and/or their death ratio exceeds more than a 1:7ish ratio it'll go off.

More often than not though it's just newbies. I'm more likely to report based on builds than statistics as I've had games where i get a triple in joust, repeat it again, and then i'm suddenly so far ahead they can't feasibly NOT feed.

Often the player that should be reported for feeding IMO is the one that's never in position, so their team dies 3 vs 2. They end like 1/2/0 while the rest are X/6+/Y because the enemy could just pressure that much harder, while Billy numb nuts is grabbing the xp camp.
