    In SMITE, Papa Legba serves as an assassin that represents the link between the Loa
    and mortals. He relies on his heavily debuffing and damaging abilities to get the final strike on enemies
    with his cursed cane and quick speed to avert deadly situations.


    Passive - Accursed Cane
    Papa Legba's cane is cursed with the souls of poor humans who succumbed to it.
    When Papa Legba basic attacks enemies with his cane ten times without breaking the chain, then after the next
    ability he uses, his basic attacks will have increased damage, a debuff, and will attack in a cone shape.


    Bonus Damage: 25 + 175% of your physical power
    Slow: 25%
    Duration: 5 + 1 sec every 5 levels


    Ability One - Dark Knowledge
    Papa Legba surrounds himself with the darkest knowledge of the human race with the radius
    of the aura being 30ft. Using this ability unlocks his third ability. Enemies standing in radius will take more damage
    from all sources and have their protections lowered. Additionally, his passive chain only requires five basic attack
    hits instead of the normal 10 if attacking enemies in the area.

    Damage Increase: 5/10/15/20/25%
    Protection Debuff: 20/25/30/35/40
    Duration: 7/7.5/8/8.5/9
    Cost: 65/70/75/80/85
    Cooldown: 14s


    Ability Two - Into the Crossroads
    Papa Legba severs ties with his spirit, causing his body to still stay on the ground with a damage
    damage reduction bonus. During the duration, Papa Legba's spirit has increased movement speed. After the duration,
    Papa Legba's body will jump to his soul.

    Speed Increase: 20/25/30/35/40%
    Damage Reduction:25/30/35/40/45%
    Duration: 3s
    Cost: 80
    Cooldown: 16s

    Ability Three - Superstitious Behavior

    When Papa Legba activates Dark Knowledge, this ability becomes usable. Enemies inside the radius
    become crippled, and after a short duration, the radius explodes in a shockwave 50ft out, dealing damage and
    rooting enemies still unlucky enough to be in the area.


    Damage: 80/130/180/230/280 (+45% of your physical power)
    Root: 1.75s
    Cost: 70/75/80/85/90
    Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12

    Ultimate - Spirits' Headlights
    Papa Legba holds out his cane in front of him and releases the wrath of the spirits trapped inside.
    Gods will take initial damage and then damage per tick. Additionally, if Papa Legba has a combo of ten from
    his passive when activating this ability, one spirit will appear at the end of the duration and will attack
    nearby enemies.

    Initial Damage: 100/150/200/250/300 (+60% of your physical power)
    Damage per Tick: 25/32/39/46/53 (+5% of your physical power) every .35s for 3.5s
    Cost: 90
    Cooldown: 90s

    After doing some googling, I found out, but you should put which pantheon this god would belong to, to help people better understand who you're talking about. Also, his passive almost seems so hard to get off, it don't feel worth even using, even with the reduced requirement from his 1. It just seems overly complicated. Also the idea of an ability being lock until another is used seems unnecessary as well. Like, it should be usable, but with reduced effects, like Ah Puch's second ability. It can damage on it's own, but if you combo with his 1 and/or 3 it does a CRAP ton more.

    Lastly, just a sense of the feel of him, he almost feels like a mage, to be honest. Like assassins usually have more then just debuffs. His one does sounds like a cool idea though.
