    Toxic Blade

This item is a good concept with a good passive, but it doesn't get bought still. The reason for this is the stats it gives:

    +100 HEALTH
    +15 PENETRATION
    +20% ATTACK SPEED
    +10% MOVEMENT SPEED

These stats are meant to appeal both carries and tanks and give flexibility of who gets it at the end. As usual, that's its very problem. Defensive stats are nothing but far to be decent for purchase just for the sake of the passive and the same goes for the offensive; this item gives no power at all and the attack speed is not that good to be considered a pure attack speed item to round the build up. Toxic needs to focus to find success, and the obvious way is offense, as there are few basic attack focused tanks and not even them want to build this.

Of course, the tree this item is in restricts the stats it may have, but then it just shouldn't be there. It could be moved into the Ichaival tree (if there is no space left in there just remove that useless item called Atlanta's, Atalanta's, Atalantantas' Bow or whatever its name is to make room for it). And there it should get its HP traded for a decent bunch of power and the rest might stay the same or receive more attack speed or whatever but you get the idea.

Just make it attractive for the true potential interested costumers, ADCs.

Nah man, just fuse it back together with witchblade. It was good when it was on witchblade, then they split it off and buffed the passive. Fuse it back together, keep the new and improved antiheal passive and it'll be a great item.

If you turn it into a straight up offensive item like brawlers you'll end up having it in every build and healing will take another major blow.

Witchblade is now a pretty decent item, do that and you break it. ADCs are already struggling with Nemea's, Thorns and Midgardian and you want to give another anti ADC item Pestilence's passive when all solo laners are already buying Pestilence so that way ADCs get a cadence of 1.15 even building full attack speed and heal for nothing at all... Or what?

Like i said, i actually liked the old witchblade. It used to have an attack speed reduction aura and antiheal from basics, it was overall nerfed by the split.

Toxic dagger got a buffed antiheal but its actual stats were pretty much the same as witchblade which basically just meant you will never have both items in a build as both have mediocre stats. Put them back together again and you got a decent item with enough in its passive to make it worth the horrible stats for an item slot.

Also, the antiheal from pestilence is pretty weak. Its really only good for stacking with other antiheal effects.

Well maybe but I don't think they are willing to revert all of that so better find a use to Toxic Blade for basic attack characters to have their anti healing option.

I feel like the stats are good, but the passive too weak to be used by adcs. It'll put your build behind. Compare it to old fatalis, when it got pen and was universal. The haste effect was what made it so appealing, where as toxic passive on its own just doesn't work offensively, and isn't appealing over the flat 40% from pestilence for frontlines. Its got good stats but won't be picked up.

I thought pestilence was 20%, was it buffed? Brawlers and divine are a flat 40% though, and they have better stats than toxic dagger. But again, making the stats better would just make it picked up all the time and since it stacks with brawlers/divine it'd just be more beating down on healers.

I wouldn't mind bringing its base stats up to be more in line with brawlers(only more attack speed focused) if they make a physical version of Asclepious to help healers out. I mean we'd have 140% buildable antiheal all with good stats(opposed to the current 100% since toxic dagger stats are awful) and the 25% additional healing from asclepious could be raised to 50% with its physical equivalent.

I think they didn't change Pestilence. And there are not many physical healers to really justify that item neither.

Keep in mind it pertains to lifesteal as well. Besides, just because there isn't many physical team healers doesn't mean there are many physical self healers.

    Achilles
    Ah Muzen Cab
    Amaterasu
    Arachne
    Bakasura
    Bellona
    Camazotz
    Chaac
    Chiron
    Cupid
    Guan Yu
    Hercules
    Kali
    Neith
    Ravana
    Ratatoskr
    Sun Wukong
    Thanatos
    Tyr
    Vamana
    Erlang Shen
    Ne Zha

And that isn't including lifesteal buffs. Regardless, it would helo support the team as it could stack with asclepious

So almost half of all physical gods have some form of heal, if you include lifesteal buffs as well then over half of all physical gods would benefit from an increased healing physical item.
