    Stolen Account and Support Time

    Long story short. Took a break for about a year. Came back and account's email was changed / can't log in. I made a support ticket 5 days ago. Sent along receipts for gems, gem purchase days and amounts, and codes used to activate gems. I have heard nothing back. Anyone know the typical response time? I have over 1000 in that account and really would like to know I'm going to get it back.

    Anytime I contact Support, either they respond within a week or not at all. Try again, also through Social Media sites of theirs.
