    Angry Report System

This is serious thread because anyone can report anyone for anything. That isnt fair right? I played a match with toxic player, he reported all for not being as good as he is. My report was harassment even though I didnt say a word. After the match i got notified that my account is reported and it will result in negative action on my account. That is your stupid option for shits like him to spread his toxicity around this cancerous community already.

False reports don't do anything, if you get reported you get a notification saying that if you keep getting reported that MAY result in negative action in your account. It's a warning, it's not telling that you are getting 100% banned or suspended.

    But one question:
If Im playing in a Joust match, as today, and 1 of my 2 teammates just doesn't do anything (he was a Tyr, so , he should at least try to use his abilities to cathc them and bring them out of position as an initiator) while the rest of us are fighting, we die, and, at the end of the fight, that tyr goes all in with the ult try to win a 1v3, and get killed, what I have to choose in the report section ? he is not a feeder, not completly, but he's not afk. What i have to choose in this type of scenario ? he was trolling and spamming "you rock" for no reason.

Just pick "Other" and write what he did.

If the report turns out to be false, the only thing that happens to you is you lose your account goodwill, an in game stat that at max, gives you 25% more favor per match. Takes about 8 matches to max it out again, so nothing too bad last.

I think that is a bad thing. One can simply report anyone and, at the end, if he was lying he will not get punished at all.

IMO i think Hi-Rez should be more punitive to who does false report, but at the same time, be more focused if anyone get reported to check if he really did something wrong, and punish harder in that case, so, people in general would think twice before commit a violation in the game (afk, intentional feeders, harrasment.. )

now I don't know if hi-rez has a system to look over reports first and then send them onto an actual person if it needs to be reviewed...

or if it is just straight sent to someone at hi-rez

if it is the former, there are some things the system won't notice

you can report someone for Inting but the system may look at it and go "The guy just had a bad game, causes everyone on X team went negative by the end of the game."

yes but normally and int-feeder will end with A LOT of death, like 10 or around, and not much kills. So yes someone has to review the match entirely to judge if that one was a inting or not.

you pretty much just proved my point.

whether it is a system or a person that looks at it; there is no 100% way to be sure they were feeding; unless they went beyond negative or "Ran it down mid." [0/15/0]

But let's take a more realistic score that might happen in a game.

    4/12/8

Maybe the person got out picked or out built. Maybe they were playing one of their spare gods since their main got banned.

That person got reported for feeding, but both a system and person will look at that and go "They probably just had a bad game."

Yes they may look further into it, reviewing the match; but you'd be surprised how easily someone can Int and make it not look that way.
