    Pestilence is overrated

    Playing support, and enemy has less than 2 gods that can heal - there are better magical protection items.
    Stop bitching about Pest and get Divine/Brawler's already.
    Especially when I play Cerb.

    There's zero reason to not build Divine right now because it's finally in line with the others of its tree. Though right now mages have been rather displaced; Tahuti nerf makes it hard to decide what you need to be reliable lategame.
    Actually back to Smite but my love for the forums isn't really the same anymore. May most likely not post god concepts again.

    Since forums are dying, feel free to join the official smite forum discord where most retired members chill.

    When you are talking about Herc, all Anti-healers are useless.

    Hirez is not mentally stable, nerfing the heck outta some gods like Hel and Khepri and leaving them there and buffing some gods like Herc when they were always strong.

    So getting an item that cuts down his infamous mega-heal by roughly half is ineffective? Because if he would heal for 80% of his HP with one heal, Divine or Brawler's by themselves cut that down to 48%. That's a lot of reduction, especially if both magical and physical gods on your team get anti-heals.

    No.

    You can reduce Herc's heal by 105% just by having your mage/guardian/assassin cooperate.

    Make it 165% with toxic via hunter if you really wanna be cruel.

    Yeah, exactly a whole team needs to cooperate to kill him. That's exactly the point.

    PS: Warriors all got a hit from balance changes, he got the buffs.

    1. That's not even true. Herc gets a big heal, but late-game, he's destroyed by hunters like any other tank.
    2. You missed the point. In teamfights, where Herc's at his deadliest anyway, his biggest strength can be rendered moot.

    But...didn't HR changed it so only the highest effect would count? If I have Pest and my mage has Divine, wouldn't divine affect and not both?
