    Goddess of Misery

    LORE INFORMATION: Oizys is the personification of suffering, misery, anguish, and depression. She is a primordial goddess and a child of Nyx.
    KIT INFORMATION: Oizys is a powerful assassin who does not use health or mana, instead utilizing her passive in place of both. Her early game allows her to sustain herself due to her damage mitigation and hard-hitting abilities, and in the late game she becomes a monster. Oizys's weak points stand on the fact that she would have some of the lowest protections in the game and her lack of defensive abilities makes her very easy to take down. She has an attack progression of 1/1/.5/.5/1.5x.
    VISUAL INFORMATION: Oizys is a horrifying sight to behold,
    a ghastly corpse of a woman impaled with various metal spines and objects. She stands crooked and walks with a sinister gait. She has no feet, only blade-like protrusions which she stabs into the ground. Her animations and demeanor are like a horror movie demon, twitchy and horrifying with erratic movements. For weapons she spawns crude black stabbing blades from her body. Her voice is raspy and she screams a lot.

    PASSIVE - Misery
    Oizys has no health or mana, instead using "misery" as her primary source of health and mana. The misery bar has 500 points (+75 per level) which account for both health and mana and does not regenerate. When Oizys casts an ability she drains her misery. When Oizys takes damage that is less than 30% of her max misery, she instead mitigates the damage, not applying to creeps. She cannot buy MP5 or HP5 pots, and any items containing health or mana instead grant her 5 physical power.

    Oizys screams in pain, causing the spikes protruding from her body to glow and dig in deeper. For 3/3.25/3.5/3.75/4s she gains a buff that increases her passive mitigation threshold by 4/8/12/16/20%. If she takes damage above the buffed threshold she instead reduces all of her cooldowns by 1/1/1/2/2s and ends the buff.

    ABILITY II - Harrowing Spire
    Ability Type: Projectile
    Range: 55ft
    Radius: 6/8ft

    Oizys removes a spike from her body and throws it in a 55ft line, dealing damage through minions. A carpet of spikes will follow the thrown spike .75s after being thrown, dealing damage to anything it passes through and persisting for 3s. If Oizys hits an enemy with this ability the spike will stick into them and the carpet will track toward that enemy until it reaches them, rooting them for 1s when it does. The persisting carpet in either form will deal damage once to enemies who pass over it as well as root them for 1s.

    ABILITY III - Agony
    Ability Type: Buff/Grab

    Oizys's spikes grow outward and she gains a buff that increases her movement speed by 12/18/24/30/36% and grants haste on her basic attacks. Her next basic attack that connects with an enemy god causes her to leap onto their back and wrap herself around them, jutting her spikes inward and dealing damage to the enemy.

    ULTIMATE - True Pain
    Ability Type: Buff
    Range: 0ft
    Radius: 0ft

    Oizys writhes in pain, all of her spikes stabbing into her body. For 5s she will have a buff that causes her to regenerate her Misery at a rate of 2/4/6/8/10% per second. Her abilities during this time will also be buffed versions of themselves, however they will cost more misery.
    Anguish: When she takes damage above the threshold, 10/20/30/40/50% of the damage is reflected back at the attacker.
    Harrowing Spire: The carpet instantly follows the spire when thrown.
    Agony: The enemy hit is stunned for 1s after being hit.
