Unfortunately, my block list is now getting in the way of my friends' list, so need to go in and purge some people from it. Noticing that many of the people on my block list are showing as Level: 0, Mastery Level: 0. Does that mean that their account has been deleted / they haven't played in X amount of time, etc?

I have no idea. I assume its that they haven't played in quite a while?
