    yeah there is all that as well. I'm not saying remove it. Maybe just have it on same cd as beads/aegis, initiating if more dangerous though so maybe it should have something over beads/aegis.

    Squishies would never pick it up if it had the same CD as beads/aegis.

    Blink is a high risk/high reward relic.

    It can net you a free kill or be a wasted relic slot that won't help you survive and do any damage.

    It also forces you to give up one of your "safety net" relics, which is admirable and good imo, shows that you feel confident in being able to survive on your own.

    It encourages risk-taking with the possibility of high rewards, and it should remain that way.

    The 100s CD is long enough that whiffing it and messing up is punishing, but not so punishing as to make you unable to choose this relic. It also means you need to make good decisions when using it.

    It has a shorter CD because it isn't as effective for escaping as Aegis or Beads so it needs something to make it viable.

    Lol all blinkers are peoepl who have mass aoe ults that you can't really miss or they already have their own escapes.

    Nah, blink is absolutely fine, you cant really use it defensively, and its fine to use it offensively, compare to Beads/Aegis which give you 2 sec of "godlike mode", very few ppl risk not picking these 2 relics over any other really.
    This feeling when your team is far behind and you have no prospects for late game but for some reason players still doesnt want to surrender - MOBA Cancer.

    Unless you have ways to guarantee 3 seconds of freedom from combat.

    Nothing quite like having a Da Ji go up on her totem pole, shoot people and still be able to blink the millisecond she lands because you have no way to render her 'in combat'.

    That's the worst example, but others with not-quite-3-second self-banishes are still problematic.

    Also not counting the times when I've hit someone with skills and they've blinked away regardless. Whatever it is that constitutes 'in combat' needs looking at... or those people were illegitimate.
