I agree with all these replies. What in asking is with fatalis gone, will lower level players have a more difficult time playing hunter? Fatalis offered a lot for what it did and certainly made everything easier.

It only grants 28% MS, and it only grants this buff after hitting 4 basics. The ranged AA penalty is 50%. If you want to effectively get the haste buff, now you need to either be Artemis or also get WD, which entails dedicating a third of your build to crits; at which point, you don't necessarily need haste. So, no, A-Bow isn't anywhere near as effective as Fatalis in that regard.
I like my women like Awilix likes her enemies: knocked up, and not taking my goddamn speed buff.

It will not affect high level play, since many didn't even build Fatalis in the first place.
It will affect low level play, since they relied on it heavily. It will make them better, at least that is the hope.
It makes Medusa go down a tier, but meh; she is still good.

I think it is overall a net improvement, although it does hurt Freya a bit since the magical version is not that good. I am not really sad about that though, she will destroy you every 30 seconds instead of every 10. That's fine.

Hunters were fine before they buffed Fatalis into being used. Both crit and Qin's builds were popular.

Hunters will still be fine without Fatalis again.

Well, aside from the subset of "1337" Huntard players who will no longer get free pentas by drooling on their keyboard wile Fatalis carries that garbage ass long enough to actually get a kill.

Really the most notable change will likely be fewer Transcendence pickups and more Devourer's Gauntlets now that Hunters will only be fighting people who are attacking them, rather than chasing down people because fuck you and your existence.
    Preferred Gods:
Amaterasu, Aphrodite, BAEllona, Da Ji, Hel, Jing Wei, Nike, Nox, Osiris, Scylla, Skadi, Sol and The Morrigan.

    We need more kawaii skins!

Yes, I rarely used fatalis and I got by just fine. Its really not that big of a deal not having fatalis. The item was a crutch.

Its not needed but it helps. And you can make it up by using items like poison star and frostbound hammer. But again there are better items that can go in those slots.

Bad players will have problems but hunters won't be effected much...

Since item slows don't stack it isn't really a good idea to use poisoned star and frost bound hammer. You should just pick one or the other(though that may have been what you meant in the first place) with the nerf to frost bound on hunters though I'm guessing hunters will stick to poisoned star from now on while the melee gods have a new hastened fatalis alternative regardless.

I will keep that in mind once the first wave of "OMG what is that shit" threads arrive.
Everything begins in darkness, and also ends. The heart is no different.
Darkness sprouds within it- it growns, consumes it.
    Such is its nature.
In the end, every heart returns to the darkness whence it came.

Back in S3, Fatalis wasn't built on mostly any of the hunters in the game.

They still carried the game and I assume they will still carry the game.

Why do you need 60 FPS? The human eye can only see 64 megabytes of RAM.
