    Post Some Item Change Ideas

    Emperor’s Armor: (Buff) This change is more aimed towards modes where tower camping is an issue. Specifically Assault where comps will sometimes consist of 3-5 magical gods. Decrease physical protections from 40 to 20 but add 20 magical protections.

    Bancroft’s Talon: (Nerf) Decrease item lifesteal from 20% to 15% and passive lifesteal from 20% to 15%. Bancroft’s Talon has been a staple item for a very long and gives too much survivability for the cost.

    Poison Star: (Buff) It has a strong passive on paper, however this item sees almost no use simply because of its price, the rng based passive, and its major competitors being Rage and Odysseus’ Bow. Decrease cost from 2400 to 2100.

    Soul Eater: (Buff) Even though Soul Eater provides 20% lifesteal, the added stats make absolutely no sense. Remove the 20% CCR and give 10% attack speed. Remove 200 mana and add 200 health. This will provide more synergy with it’s passive.

    Silverbranch Bow: (Buff/Nerf) The major problem with this item comes from the fact that most team comps have 3 physical gods making Ichaival outclass it. Remove passive. Give new passive that gives 10 power to holder of item and decrease attack speed of enemies hit by 5%, lasting 3s, and stacking to 3 times for a total of 30 power gain with 15% attack speed reduction to the enemy.

    P.S. The Silverbranch Bow change really might prove to be effective.

    Issue is that changing item prices will not balance the usefullness of items it will simply make one item preffered over the other more.

    Here's what i think:

    The game should be changed so item trees focus on giving different options for gods. So instead of giving a low amount of power on each item some items could get plenty of power while other items give stacks of function while again other items give only CC/mobility bonuses. This would allow people to quickly understand how to build which would definitely benefit the game, its true this would make the game easier to understand but overall i think that would benefit the game in the long term.

    The trees should focus on individual tasks, say for instance the CC tree, gives meele gods the option to pick up Slow/Freedom of Movement/mix.

    Meele CC-Tree:

    Poison Star:


    30% Attack speed.
    15% Critical Strike chance.

    Passive:
    Critical hits on enemy gods reduce their damage output by 30%. While in addition also slowing them for 10% per stack up to a maximum of 30%/3 stacks.


    Frostbound Hammer:


    Passive:
    The movement speed of enemies hit are reduced by 10% while consecutive hits also reduce their attack speed, by 10% per hit up to a maximum of 50%/5 stacks.

    (This effect lasts 1.0 seconds, consecutive hits refresh the duration)

    Hastened Fatalis:


    Passive:

    Landing your basic attacks on enemies will increase your movement speed by 6% per stack up to a maximum of 30%. total 5 stacks.

    Note that if you land a basic attack your attack speed will be increased for the next basic attack however if you fail to land your next basic attack you will lose a stack.

    Many of the underused items need subtle changes to bring them into line

    may i just ask how poison star's "major competitor" is obow?
