For various issues, a HiRez employee might ask you to send your client logs to them.

In order to do this, follow these steps:

  1. Launch your Smite Client
  2. Click the blue gear at the bottom left of the launcher.
  3. Click "Troubleshoot."
  4. Wait for the Diagnostic Utility to launch.
  5. Click "Create Support Case" in the middle of the Diagnostic Tool.
  6. Click "Make Log File Zip" at the bottom left of the launcher.
  7. Wait for the operation to run.
  8. When it finishes, you should have a "" file on your desktop.

You can attach that .zip file to an appropriate support ticket if you've already made one. In the event that you do not have a support ticket open, you can email your logs to!
