As of late, I have thought upon how many offenders on smite, whether it be overclocking, feeding, harassment, or afking, have gotten away with their offenses due to the flawed report system in game. This thought lead to me thinking of how much better it would be to have a formal report system here on the forums where we would report a player, provide evidence, and have actual punishments set in place.

On the policy of Bans and Suspensions, it reads that a player may be banned for " leaving, harassment, intentional feeding." (http://hirezstudios.force.com/suppor...fs=Search&pn=1) However, it is extremely rare that players are banned on this game, unless it is for overclocking. Most of the time, they just get away with a slap on the wrist, or a "Get out of jail free" card (nothing is done about the issues), and they repeat offenses.

As of late, I have encountered many of these types of offenders, with the exception of overclockers, and have reported them in detail using the in game report system, only to have nothing happen. This is why I propose that the forums have a report system where staff take into account what the victim/witness says, views the evidence, and then comes to a verdict of what to do to the player, whether it be an account suspension, a mute, or whatever seems to be fit for the situation.

Also, to those who do not think players harassing on smite isnt a problem and has been normal over the years:

Note that these are just a couple of cases that I felt like uploading. There are uncountable scenarios.

TLDR: Smite needs a formal report system, too many people are getting away with offenses and there needs to be action taken to combat this issue.
