    As I said, I was exaggerating, but it is broken anyway in a meta where they are building Fatalis without a doubt. They decided to remove Fatalis effects from skills and keep the item (even buff it) and I really think they should have done right the opposite. Items that provide those CC and chasing should always be for melee characters, not for ranged ones that already have that thing on their side, right?
