Thread: How do you counter of Odin's cage?

    Question How do you counter of Odin's cage?

    Is there any other way to get around this thing when you use someone who doesn't have a leap or teleport besides using ghostwalk? I keep feeling that Odin is a walking unbalanced tank when it comes to a leap and shield that does upwards of 800-900 damage and a 8(?) second debuff that comes virtually every 30s without cooldown that both kills all healing and slows your attack speed to a crawl?

    But is there anything else that works against him besides sanctuary and a relic with a 2-3 minute cooldown (in which you'd probably get hit again like 5 more times in that length of time)?

    Flickering ritual after you hit level 10. Overwhelming power to kill their team even if you are in the cage(joke) Being Osirus and walking through it with his passive. Also his cooldown is not 30secs without cooldown reduction, I think it is like 45 seconds with max cooldown reduction. Of course most odin are going to build cooldown reduction so a cage every 45 seconds is still pretty often. Flickering ritual is the main way out but if you are using it all the time you are going to waste all your gold.

    Run in circles and killing him is the best way to deal with him. Of course you feel he is uballances because you havent played against a hercules yet

    Sol's third ability will go through in the second phase of it. I don't know if it's a bug but she does what she wants I suppose.

    Try not to group up into a small area (pretty much position yourself the same way you would if it was Ares instead) and, if it's really impacting your team, buy Phantom. Also save any escapes you have and get sanc (if you're a squishy) if they seem to be piling their ults inside Odin's cage. Protections also help as well, but it depends on who you're playing.

    There's a counter and he's called Kuzenbo. Pop a 2 + Thorns and Odin will either instadie or be close to it because he loses his shield right when he does the damage so he can't mitigate it.

    She can pass through player-made walls during her 3's fireball form.

    Kuzenbo does not counter odin's cage.... also thorns and his 2 won't 'instakill' odin when he does a bird bomb on you. Odin doesn't die after getting hit by a bird bomb, so a reflected bird bomb that doesn't do full damage certainly won't kill him.

    Depends on the odin build tho and his magical protection
