so how about the lower level queues? thats where most of the toxicity is. a player moderator cant be a low level forever, and you would have to keep signing up new low level snitches. yeah it would make the higher ranked, more permanent than temporary community, a lot better, but most veterans either dont care or just mute them. its all the more temporary lower levels that abuse people, the ones who get banned or suspended and make new accounts, and verbally abuse/intoxicate their way back up to level 30.

That's really rather easy to accomplish. All that would be needed is for a wider range of account levels, you'd take people who are familiar with the game and have them create a new account in order to observe lower level players. A player base with a level in the middle. And then quite a few level 30 accounts. Simple as that.

i think there should be rewards for (successfully - resulting in suspension) snitching on toxic and abusive players. thats the only logical solution i could come up with.

I can honestly say this is one of the greatest solutions to toxicity and the terrible report system I've seen on these forums. I couldn't possibly agree more. The lower level match making could certainly be dealt with by players creating new lower level accounts as long as they don't get distracted from gameplay by looking for people to report.

No, no power would be given to the players. Just more direct contact between that player moderator and the people who handle reports to ease the spam reports.

Oh, so I can go to my Hi Rez connections and say someone was being toxic through curse in a ranked game. They can't prove me wrong, and I'm a "reputable player". So.
