    Can Hastened Fatalis be removed?

    Hastened Fatalis to me is nothing more than a gimmicky crutch item thats only seriously picked up by three gods, and once online makes those gods become fairly ridiculous - those three gods of course being Freya, Kali, and Bakasura.

    Freya in my opinion is the most bullshit of the three, with any sort of escape from her being almost entirely futile once this item comes online due to the passive and her large AoE shots (which have a Slow when not amplified).

    Hastened Fatalis completely removes what I think is one of the key elements in the game's balance, that being the auto attack movement penalty, and unless you're a mobile character allows anyone who builds it to just stay on your ass 24/7 with the only option at your disposal being to use whatever CC you have on them, then cry as a second or so later they catch up again since the item also grants movement speed in addition to it's passive.

    This item does nothing but push three gods over the top and in my opinion should just straight up be removed.

    I really dislike Fatalis.

    I don't mind the effect, if it's limited in use (For example, I didn't mind Sol or Jing Wei's abilities giving it, since it was temporary and required them to burn an escape in an offensive manner)

    But the item is stupid.

    Especially when slows exist, on hit slows to boot. Slows are more balanced, because there's actual counterplay to them (Winged Blade, Beads, Sprint)

    While, with Fatalis, you're screwed. Unless the enemy cocks up and misses too many hits, they're going to be stuck on you (Sans significant speed advantage on your side).

    But then, Fatalis can be COMBINED with aforementioned on hit slows, so you're screwed no matter what.

    I really would like the item removed. Or at least, have the passive reworked so you actually have to invest something to get it (Like, "Using a relic grants 100% reduction to basic attack movement penalty for 4 seconds" or something, so you have to burn a precious relic for a short term ability to do this. Or you know... Actually use the Phantom relic)

    Just something that is more reasonable would be nice.

    had an odd thought, and shut me down if i'm thinking stupid here...what if it was a Hastened became a proc item?

    something along the lines of;
    1) Must hit 5 attacks to proc the effect of Fatalis
    2) Effect of Fatalis has a set time limit on its effect while active
    3) Have a built in item cool down effect, (something like 5 seconds or so) before effect can be activated again once duration of effect has run its course

    by no means do i generally tweak with items, but this seems like it might be a fair trade...would make it that you'd have to be a bit more...tactical on when you go in for a gank with the item, since the effect isn't constant as long as you hit an enemy

    Renalah's idea if being only durin a relic is also pretty good.

    so basicly you want them to undo the effect of what they said they were going to do, which is remove the fatalis effect from god kits

    Ehh i Don't believe that would make at least freya balanced not including baka and kali. Also A lot of other gods and people use this item for various other means. I know you've been in a team fight and had to fight through tons of minions, teammates opposite team's teammates and etc this item allows these chracters to "chase" as they've said and stick close to dish out consistent damage. I find it very useful and find it very annoying. Some people can play very well without it and some people need to have this in their build for various gods so that they can too do well.

    So does Frostbound Hammer and Gem of Isolation. Especially in combination with movement speed enhancers.

    Only, they have actual counters in the form of CC/Slow removal/immunity so aren't 100% effective.
