    Every few games I encounter level 5 to level 15 people in my team or the enemy team. It's unfun as hell.

    I have yet for that to happen

    Most of the time for me, I get some lvl 30 that is worse than a lvl 5

    Two years playing Smite, average matchwin ratio around 50-55%.

    In December I have had near 90-95% losing rate on all match types. Lololol.

    90-95 % yeah. I have been losing harder than anything I have ever seen. I check the matchmaking, and yes, the vast majority of those are clearly upstream matches stacked against whatever team I'm on. Regular solo teams vs 3,4 - even 5 premades too.

    It's like matchmaking considers me to be some kind of legendary superstar that needs heavy handicaps each game, or else I can't be stopped.

    Hi all,

    Matchmaking does not exist and will not exist in any MOBA until the ELO system is used.

    It is a system used to confront 2 people having the same level. Having an ELO identical to another player in a team of 5 players absolutely does not mean that we are all of the same level of play (and the same for the opposing team)

    Rewarding players who win games by making 2/8/3 ONLY because one of their allies has managed to win the game on their own, shows that the system has its limits and can not in any case give a fair value at the level of each person.

    The opposite case and also totally true. If a player loses his game while he is playing, 10/2/12, why would he lose league points when he plays well and has tried everything to win? Is it punishing him for playing well? It is a system that shows once again its limits!

    As long as the developers want to give an ELO to each person in relation to a team of 5 players, how can one know exactly the ELO of a particular person?

    In any case, no system will give a true ELO and just for each person. But wanting to give a personal ELO compared to a team of 5 players is totally absurd.

    I know Hi-rez is trying to change the Matchmaking system, but the real problem is not in Matchmaking. The first problem is that we do not have our real ELO (except perhaps the pro player) but nothing is done to change it .. so the worry of a bad matchmaking will remain for a long time.
