We DEFINITELY need:

Laundry Day Cabrakan.

A Washer and Dryer in Each hand, wearing the tail end of his wardrobe. Sweat pants, Socks with Sandals, and a Crappy Tshirt (or wife beater). When he Ults, its a Laundromat, with walls of Washers and Driers. When he ground pounds, either Bubbles/Suds, or Clothes flying around.

Make it happen.

This skin of Ratatoskr is based on Pikachu from Pokemon. Obviously it couldn't be named Pikachu Ratatoskr and look just like it due to copyright, but the idea would be to redesign The Sly Messenger to be yellow with brown stripes. It would be awesome if he could have a thunder-shaped tail too. His skills FX would be like this:

One: An electric charge.
Two: Ratatoskr would overcharge, firing beams around him for the duration of the original spin.
Three: He would throw three Pokeballs or something alike - as similar as possible respecting the copyright.
Ultimate: Ratatoskr overcharges and leaps unto the air, floating thanks to the static electricity, and dashes forwards until falling down as a lightning, causing an electric explotion.

I thought of a Fafnir's skin that would be very nice. It would be Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones, who would transform into a Targaryen black dragon which would spit fire.

Of course, it should be as similar as possible by respecting the Copyright.
