Block not working last 2-3 days

Put in a support ticket, but in case it's better to put this here, the last 2-3 days, block isn't working for me - the folks blocked are still showing up in my games, some as close as the very next one. Presuming this is a recent bug, (i.e. post-3.20) as I've not had this problem before.

Still not working properly. Trying out Fafnir's Wonderland, keep getting selfish person who only wants to dps in the group. I can't heal and tank at the same time, so blocked him, (twice now) and yet he keeps showing up. This really needs to be fixed sooner rather than later. Am sure I'm not the only one to drop Overwatch not soon after they deleted block's functionality.

You are still able to be matched into games with a player you have blocked. Blocking them prevents them from sending you messages and automatically mutes them if you end up in a game with them.

Still happening last two days. If the block in this game doesn't actually block characters from your games, then what does? I, as a player, should have an absolute right not to have certain players in my game for whatever reason, and, especially given how poorly some players behave in this game, there really is no excuse for it not to work as a proper block.

Nothing unfortunately.
Wish there was a resolution but it could have to do with active playerbase and queue times.
