I have a skin concept for the goddess Chang'e.
She wears a medieval dress with a long skirt and wide sleeves. She has dark upperbody plate armor (decorated with dragon head emblems) and gauntlets. Her hair is long and wavy with those medieval-looking loosely-twisted braids (like a waterfall braid with a side part). She carries a large two-handed greatsword (with a cross-guard on the hilt), which is used in certain ability animations and idle animations (otherwise, it is sheathed). She also has her characteristic silken scarf draped over her arms.

- Jade Rabbit (passive).
The bunny is replaced with a black messenger-raven.- Crescent Moon Dance (1).
Chang'e flings her great sword in an arc, with flames running down the blade (like the sword of the Witch-king of Angmar in The Lord of the Rings films and the sword of Beric Dondarrion in the Game of Thrones series).- Moonlit Waltz (2).
Instead of that glowing swirl effect, she would have a bit of a smokey banshee-like appearance, while she holds her sword during the spin.- Moonflower Dance (3).
Instead of that blue-ish glow on her, it could be a dark sacrificial cursed magic with an animation as if it drains on life essence (like the fel magic of Gul'dan in the Warcraft movie), while she holds her sword during the spin.- Waxing Moon (ult).
Instead of swinging her arms laterally, Chang’e grabs her dress and does a curtsy, as the Waxing Moon ability goes forward.- Basic attack.
The basic attack animation remains the same, but it is darker and smoke-like.- Death.
In her death animation, Chang'e disintegrates in fire and ashes, with the metal armor pieces dropping to the ground (like the Athanatoi's deaths in the Rise of the Tomb Raider game and the Witch-king of Angmar's death in The Lord of the Rings films).
