    Angry Recovering password and forgot username does not work!

    Hey, my mate is trying to get a new password since he forgot his, but it doesn't send him a new one. and i needed to get my username sent to me last night since i forgot what it was, and i haven't gotten an email with the username yet(had to use like 30min guessing untill i managed to figure it out)

    Any chance you guys have a method he can use to get the password?

    Try contacting a HiRez employee or putting in a ticket about this issue with them. I will see if someone can post on this thread to help you.

    Looks like we may be having issues with people resetting their password and not getting the email.

    Generally you would want to check your spam/trash folder as sometimes our emails get designated as such. Send in a support ticket regardless and we can tell you what it was reset to.

    I will bring this up with the web team and see what the dealeo is.

    Edit: We just tested it and were sent the password reset immediately.

    Same problem, I can't get into my account. No emails received...submitted 4 tickets, no resposne.

    Same problem here in 2017. its been over 24 hours, and absolutely no replies, or fixed. I looked it up, ad it seems to be an ongoing problem with many people. I understand its an automated system, but perhaps it needs a bit of updating eh?

    same issue here 5 months later. submitting a trouble ticket now so I can hopefully access my PC account.
