We're aware of an issue where Mac players can't load into a match and are receiving a deserter penalty after multiple attempts. We're are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible and really appreciate your patience with us while we work on the fix.

A good way to show the appreciation for patience is by taking the amount of deserter minutes players have been smacked with for no reason and applying that number to a certain gem compensation package.
While apologies are wonderful and heart-warming it doesn't take away from the frustration many of us have felt for things that had nothing to do with us abandoning games.
When will be avaible play Smite on Mac? I have this problem since 1 week ago, please that is true that there are more people whit windows playing Smite but, the communty of Mac spends more money in this game so, please do something.
Any updates on this issue? It's really debilitating to be losing so much goodwill and being hit with these deserter penalties, so even a temporary workaround would be appreciated.

Still having this issue, haven't been able to play since the new update patch at all, every time i try i get a deserter penalty. Really is becoming ridiculous.
Fix this for ffs!
None of you have gotten this bullshit more then me, lol. I made a second account just to deal with when my main one gets the deserter from the fucking load screen. Which is just got hit with another, both account currently got 1 hour deserter, it's wonderful.
