Judo is a grappling art, yes going to the ground in a street fight situation is pretty much never a good idea, though unlike it's derivative BJJ it offers a lot of options that will keep you on both feet while taking your opponent off of theirs.
That looks interesting. I am going to check some of that kempo.

That's good, but make sure you do a leg day and then an upper body day. Also, doing a core workout everyday helps a lot.

EDIT: Also, make sure you don't forget about your back, shoulders, and triceps. Just doing bench press and biceps curls isn't enough.

I am not even doing bench presses lol i am not going to the gym. It is all about push ups, pull ups, squads and everything in between. I do have a weighted vest that gets up to 60 lbs and some dumbells

That's good. But find a way to work your triceps, like doing dips or tricep extensions with dumb-bells. And make sure you have good form for the squats, you can break your legs if you don't do them right (assuming you are doing them with weight).

Also do chin ups. Chin ups is when your thumb is pointing towards you and pull ups is when the thumb is pointing away.

Wanna create a thread for workouts lol. You seem to be into it. I am quite interest to, but just starting after a long time without being able to work out.

Chin ups are great for lats and biceps. Well it really depends on how they are done.

I work out a ton because of Track and XC, during both seasons I workout from 10 to 20 hours a week, and I have a weight lifting class which helps a lot.

I tend to focus my own martial arts in the Chinese internal arts, mostly Xingyiquan and Baguazhang
