    I really do not know if exclusives have limited chance to be rolled in comparison to the filler skins, but it definitely is possible to roll them in first tries; I for myself had spare 300 gems once and thought that I could buy a Martial Arts chest:

    the enigma chest only gives me boosters when I clearly have un-bought items in other categories I could have won

    Got my first ever chest yesterday, Enigma, from the Smite's b-day celebration, and got Sun Wukong Dark Lord skin. Pretty much happy with what I got =P
