    Ne Zha skin idea

    Alright.
    Ne Zha skin thread.
    I've said this many times, but we need a pirate themed skin for him.
    1st Ability, he throws a bar of soap or some other kind of cleaning material.
    2nd Ability, soap bubbles effect around him.
    3rd Ability, He sashes you with wet rag.
    And his ult can stay the same, but the background can look like an isle with a pirate ship in the back.

    The main reason why I made this was to be the 6,000th thread in the Art & Media section.
