    i think agni is fine. his ult is so strong as a poking ability. and it can be dodged so it is fine. his only cc is his stun. nothing op here.
    i find agni balanced.
    better animation for his abilitys maybe ?
    how to win games:
    1. understand the meta.
    2. pick an op god.
    3. master him.
    4. spam VEL.
    the game will never be balanced.
