The ping is 220 all the time also sometimes the menu elements takes more time to load, i've tried restarting the Hi-rez support and diagnostic tool or checking the anti-virus.

Todo el tiempo el ping esta en 220 y en los menus de partida y pantalla de carga algunas veces no cargan bien los elementos como los avatar o los retratos en el menú principal.
